- TOD: USD 500/- for a period not exceeding 14 days. If TOD persists beyond 14 days period., arrangement fee cum processing charges of USD 2500/- per occasion

3.2 Advances other than above which are Arranged & Negotiated i.e. Syndicated / ECB / Bilateral loans/ Clubbed Deal: Various charges as per the respective sanction / facility agreement are to be recovered.
